Overnight success. Twenty years in the making...

"Houston, we have a content problem!"

While digital platforms for marketing made incredible leaps, most customer and enterprise content—help, knowledge, eLearning, policies, and documentation—remain siloed and largely unmanaged. Existing CCMS and Help Authoring Tools are outdated, complex, expensive, and disconnected from content delivery and customer experience.

We launched Discover CX by Ingeniux to provide documentation teams and CX leaders with new cloud-based content tools built for todays collaborative publishing. With our CCMS, plus headless and portal delivery solutions, brands now have an end-to-end platforms for authoring, managing, and delivering customer content.

We may be a new brand, but we are an experienced company. Our journey began in 1999 when Microsoft built the first web publishing system for MSNBC. Our founders jumped from Microsoft to create Ingeniux CMS. In the following two decades, Ingeniux became a global leader in Digital Experience Management. Fast-forward. The same vision still drives us. Helping people craft intelligent content that maximizes customer experience and success.

Jim founded Ingeniux in 1999 following leadership positions with Microsoft, Electronic Arts, and Asymetrix.

Chief Marketing Officer

David oversees marketing. He was the EVP Operations at Chrome, worked for Asymetrix and  Aldus Corporation.
