Introducing Generative AI for Discover CCMS
Discover CX, a leading provider of digital experience management software, is pleased to announce the beta release of its generative AI module available for the latest release of Discover CCMS platform.
Introducing the AI Module
The new AI module accesses powerful generative AI technology to write, edit, and enhance text-based elements in the Content Management System (CMS) by integrating with OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Future releases will support integration with other major AI engines. Users can generate new content, enhance existing content, input keywords and metadata, and more using AI-powered prompts and suggestions.
“Today’s release of integrated generative AI into our platform continues our commitment to empower content creators with tools that allow them to deliver impactful digital experiences and engage users in ways previously unimaginable,” said Jim Edmunds, CEO/
The new AI functionality is available for use on plain text, WYSIWYG, and metadata elements. The beta rollout provides up to 100,000 AI queries per month at no charge. For expanded use, customers can connect to their own licensed OpenAI API.
Safe, Secure, Responsible AI
Operated entirely within Ingeniux's secure cloud infrastructure, the new generative AI capabilities are designed to protect privacy. No customer data is stored within the AI models or utilized in their training. Ingeniux is committed to ensuring that customer content remains highly secure, providing peace of mind for users leveraging the platform’s AI solutions.
External Module Architecture
The release of the Ingeniux AI module introduces a new technology architecture for the DIscover CCMS platform – a set of cloud applications that users can simply activate in their CMS. This innovative approach leverages externally hosted application modules, redefining how functionality is integrated into the CMS application framework, and enabling seamless enhancements to the CMS ecosystem.
With the latest release of the Ingeniux Digital Content Management Platform, customers have access to external application modules without having to upgrade the core application to take advantage of the module or any new features that are added to it in the future.
“Our integrated AI feature, along with a fast-track roadmap for additional Ingeniux cloud apps, promises to deliver the solutions organizations require to build leading digital experiences today,” said Jim Edmunds, CEO.
All customers who have upgraded to the latest 2023 Fall Software Release now have the ability to use generative AI on text-based fields in the CMS using the new AI module.
